Arthur N. Godorecci

Arthur N. Godorecci of Spring House Estates, Lower Gwynedd , died Feb. 22, 2004, at his home. He was 82.

Born in Abington, he was the son of the late Rocco and Rosaria (D'Angelo-Vozzi) Godorecci. Mr. Godorecci was preceded in death by his wife, Angela (Rocchino) Godorecci, in 2001.

He served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1941 to 1945.

He was a home remodeler and owner of Able Remodeling in Ambler prior to his retirement in 1986.

He was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church in Ambler.

He is survived by daughters Carol Ann DiPietro of Gwynedd Valley and Marcia E. Montanio of N. Potomac, Md.; and two grand­daughters, Angela and Christine Montanio, both of N. Potomac, Md.

He was predeceased by a brother, Robert R. and four sisters, Concetta Simone, Molly Serrao, Virginia Donato and Annie Godorecci.

Call from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Feb. 26 at St. Joseph 's Church, Main and Poplar streets, Ambler, with a funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. The Rev. Monsignor Stephen P. McHenry will be the celebrant. Entombment will be in George Washington Memorial Park , Plymouth Meeting.

Remembrances may be made to St. Anthony of Padua Church Rebuilding Fund, 259 Forest Ave. , Ambler, PA 19002.
