Albert D. Iggi,

Albert D. Iggi, 87 formerly of Fort Washington PA., died Saturday, April 17th in the Central Montgomery Medical Center Lansdale, PA.


Born in Philadelphia, Pa. (12-07-1916), he was the son of the late Luigi and the late Angela (nee Esposito) Izzi. He was preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth A. (nee Burian) Izzi in November of 2002.


He was a graduate of Frankford High School Class of 1936 and a veteran of the US Army serving during World War II
He was a Production Control Manager, employed by SKF Inc. In Philadelphia, Pa. for 42 years prior to his retirement in 1978.


Mr. Iggi was a member of St. Alphonsus Church where he was an active member of the Senior Citizens and the Senior Adults Upper Dublin Center


He is survived by two sons, Albert Iggi Boulder, CO. and Thomas J. Iggi Ft. Washington, PA.; three grandchildren; 2 brothers, Mike Izzi of Cheltenham PA and Louis Izzi of Philadelphia; and 2 sisters Dolores Bowden Philadelphia, PA., and Florence Konopka Philadelphia, PA.


Relatives & Friends may call Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM St. Mary´s Manor Chapel Lansdale Ave. & 7th Street Lansdale, Pa. with a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM Interment will be in Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Prospectville, PA.


Remembrances in his name to St. Mary's Manor, 701 Lansdale Ave., Lansdale, PA 19446 or St. Alphonsus Church, 33 Conwell Dr., Maple Glen, Pa. 19002 would be appreciated by the family.
