Rita Parente

Rita Parente of Harleysville, formerly of Ambler, died Oct. 10, 2004, in St. Joseph Villa, Flourtown. She was 77.

Born in Jenkintown, Feb. 15, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Constance (Coppola) DiDomenico. She was the wife of the late Louis P. Parente.

Mrs. Parente was employed as a receptionist by ARA Services in Conshohocken for 23 years, retiring in 1989. She was a member of Corpus Christi Church, Upper Gwynedd, and its Club 50.

She is survived by a daughter, Patricia L. Parente-Maher of East Norriton; two grandchildren; two sisters, Rose Colfax of Ardsley and Nancy Coughlin of Lansdale; and a brother, Vincent DiDomenico of Hinton, Pa.

Relatives and friends may call from 9 to 10 a-m. Oct. 15 at Corpus Christi Church, Sumneytown Pike and Supplee Road, Upper Gwynedd, where a funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Roslyn.
