William H. Schilling
William H.
Schilling of Ambler, died Jan. 18, 2004, as a: result of a vehicle
accident on Route 73 in Ruscombmanor Township, Berks County. He was 64.
Born in New York,
N.Y., he was a son of Otto Schilling of Croyden and West Palm Beach,
Fla., and the late Mary Lou Foster Schilling.
Mr. Schilling was
a chemist employed by Rohm & Haas for 38 years in the Spring House
and Bristol facilities before retiring in 1999.
He was a member of the Vintage Chevrolet Club of America, Liberty Bell
Region. He was an avid toy car collector and attended many car shows and
flea markets.
Mr. Schilling attended Ambler Church of the Brethren.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Judy A. Hawke
Schilling; three daughters, Judy Kruscavage of Yardley, Sandra Faist of
Chicago, Ill., and Trish Martinez of Somerton, Pa.; seven grandchildren;
and a brother, jack G. of Wilkes-Barre. He was predeceased by a son,
William H. Jr. in 2000.
A memorial
service will be held at 4 PM Jan. 23 in Ambler Church of the Brethren,
Butler and Rosemont avenues, Ambler. Interment is private.
