Dolores Anna Cholerton

Dolores Anna Cholerton, 84 of Ambler PA. formerly of Center Square Towers in Doylestown and Holly Knoll Dr. in Southampton, died Monday in the Silverstream Nursing Home Springhouse, PA.

Born in Philadelphia, PA., she was the daughter of the late Albert and the late Marie (nee Kaul) Kurz. Mrs. Cholerton was preceded in death by her husband Harry E. Cholerton in 1972.

She was a Bookkeeper, employed by the Jade Corporation in Huntingdon Valley and then the Bucks County Sheriff's Office in Doylestown, PA. Prior To Her Retirement In 1998.

Mrs. Cholerton was a member of Warminster Senior Center where she was active with the Meals on Wheels. She was known for her Piano & accordion playing at hospitals in the Bucks county area. As a resident at Center Square Towers she served as the Librarian and enjoyed Knitting & Crocheting.

She is survived by her son Michael E. Cholerton of Oakland, CA; two daughters, Patricia A. Wallace of Ambler and Marlene E. Weaver of Church Falls, VA and eight grandchildren. She is also survived by four brothers and two sisters; Albert Kurz of Churchville, PA, Robert Kurz Brigantine, NJ, Frank Kurz of Philadelphia, Donald Kurz of Glendora, NJ, Anne Calhoun of Warminster, PA, and Alice Pawlak Roklin, CA.

Relatives & Friends may call Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at St. Anthony Of Padua Church, Forest Ave & Hendricks St. Ambler with a Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment will be in Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Prospectville, PA.

Remembrances in her name to American Heart Association, 625 West Ridge Pike, Building A Suite 100, Conshohocken, PA. 19428-1190 would be appreciated by the family.
