Louis Giampa

Louis Giampa, 91 of Ambler, died Thursday in the Silverstream Nursing Home Springhouse, PA. after a brief stay.

Born in Maida, Italy, he was the son of the late Francesco and the late Vincenza (nee Tomaino) Giampa.

He was a Landscaper, employed by Nucera Landscaping In Springhouse for 30 years Prior To His Retirement In 1979

Mr. Giampa was a member of Lodge Ruggero Bonchi #543, Ambler, PA and St. Anthony Of Padua Church, Ambler, PA.

He is survived by his wife Clara (nee Tucciarone) Giampa of   Ambler; a son, Frank Giampa of Norristown, PA; five daughters, Antoinette Stein of Towamencin, PA, Mary Labriola, Jennie Giampa, Frances Farzetta and Louise Carroll all of Ambler, He was also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by 3 brothers, Dominic, Anthony, Joseph Giampa and 2 sisters Rose Fabiani & Catarina Paladino

Relatives & Friends may call Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and 8:30 to 9:30 AM Monday at the Anton B. Urban Funeral Home, Inc., 1111 S. Bethlehem Pike, Ambler, with a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Anthony Of Padua Church, Ambler with the Rev. Msgr. Stephen P. McHenry as Celebrant.  Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham.
