Madeline Santoro

Madeline Santoro, 70 of Fort Washington PA., died Sunday at her home after an illness. 

Born in Abington, PA.(2-3-1935), she was the daughter of the late George and the late Mattia (nee Russo) Pistilli.

She was a Payroll Administrator, employed by McNeill Consumer Products In Fort Washington For 17 Years Prior To Her Retirement In 1990 and most recently as an administrative clerk at Madison Bank in Blue Bell.

Mrs. Santoro was a member of St. Anthony Of Padua Church in Ambler, PA  for 47 years.

She is survived by her husband Frank D. Santoro of Fort Washington, three daughters, Marie (John)Reilley of  Ambler, Frances Thomas of Fort Washington, Nancy (Eddie)Schappell of  Harrisburg, PA; and three grandchildren Kate & Michele Reilley & Lauren Thomas. She is also survived by three brothers Anthony Pistilli of Ambler, George Pistilli of Lansdale, PA and John Pistilli of Ambler, PA.

Relatives & Friends may call Thursday from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Church Main & Poplar Sts. In Ambler with a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM with the Rev. Msgr. Stephen P. McHenry Pastor of St. Anthony’s Church as Celebrant. Interment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Norristown.  

Remembrances in her name to  St. Jude Children's Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN. 38105 would be appreciated by the family.
