Helen P. Schreiner

Helen P. Schreiner, 83 of Ambler PA., formerly of Harner Drive in Maple Glen died Friday in the Artman Home in Ambler where she had been a resident. 

Born in Drifton, PA., she was the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Anna (nee Zubach) Opilla.  Mrs. Schreiner was preceded in death by her husband Gleenwood E. Schreiner in 2003.

She was a Homemaker.

Mrs. Schreiner was a member of St. Alphonsus Church in Maple Glen since the founding of the parish in 1963.  She volunteered as the School librarian at St. Alphonsus School and at LaSalle College High School.

She is survived by two sons Glen M. (Rita) Schreiner and Mark S. (Veronica) Schreiner both of Ambler, PA.

Relatives & Friends may call Wednesday from 8:30 - 9:30 AM at the Anton B. Urban Funeral Home, 1111 S. Bethlehem Pike, Ambler, with a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Alphonsus Church, Maple Glen with Rev. Msgr. Stephen P. McHenry Pastor of St. Anthony’s Church in Ambler as Celebrant. Interment will be in Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Prospectville.
