Lorraine V. Smith, 63 of  Philadelphia PA., died Sunday in the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital Philadelphia, PA. 

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of  Joel and  Loretta (nee Baker) Smith.

She was a Shelter Workshop Laborer, employed by  United Cerebral Palsy Association of Philadelphia & Vicinity.

She is survived by her parents Joel & Loretta Smith of Philadelphia, PA and a brother, Henry  Smith of Philadelphia.

Funeral will be held Wednesday at  the Anton B. Urban Funeral Home 1111 S. Bethlehem Pike, Ambler, with a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Ivy Hill Cemetery, Philadelphia.  Friends may call Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
