Ruth Hudson Smith

Ruth Hudson Smith, 85 of Springhouse Estates, Springhouse, PA formerly of Glenside, Pa., died Wednesday at the Spring House Estates. 

Born in Philadelphia 3-28-1919), she was the daughter of the late William and the late Mary (nee McCormick) Hendrick.  Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husbands Joseph C. Hudson in 1975 and Joseph A. Smith in 1996.

She was a Homemaker and member of St. Alphonsus Church  Maple Glen, PA.

She is survived by two sons Joseph C. Hudson of Collegeville, PA, Bill  Hudson of Philadelphia; two daughters, Adelaide  Hudson of Glenside, PA, Mimi  Brooks of Gilbertsville, PA; and a sister Kathryn  Sliker of Philadelphia. She was also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Relatives & Friends may call Saturday (2-19-2005) from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at St. Alphonsus Church, Conwell Drive Maple Glen with a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM  with the Rev. John Crowley as Celebrant. Interment will be Private in St. Dominick's Cemetery, Philadelphia.
