Michael W. Yaramishyn

Michael W. Yaramishyn, 88 of Blue Bell PA. formerly of Hoffman Road in Ambler, died Friday in the Towne Manor West, Norristown, PA. after an illness. 

Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Gregory and the late Anna (nee Welyczsko) Yaramishyn. 

He was a graduate of Central High School in Philadelphia.

He served in the US Army 87th Infantry, Third Battalion.

He was a Steam Pipe Fitter, employed by Steam Pipe Fitters Union In Philadelphia prior to retirement.

Mr. Yaramishyn was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church in Ambler and was an Assistant Scout Master of Troop 164 Boy Scouts of America.

Mr. Yaramishyn was preceded in death by his wife Jean Netzlaw in 1999.

He is survived by three sons, Michael W. Yaramishyn, JR. of    Erdenheim, PA,  Gregory  Yaramishyn of  Atlanta, GA, Walter E. Yaramishyn of  Conshohocken, PA; a daughter  Jean A. Cohen of Collegeville, PA and seven granddaughters.

Funeral will be held Tuesday April 17, 2005 at  the Anton B. Urban Funeral Home,1111 S. Bethlehem Pike, Ambler, with a Funeral Service at 10:30 AM with the Rev. Msgr. Stephen P. McHenry, Pastor of St. Anthony’s Church officiating.  Interment will be in Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Prospectville, Pa. 

Remembrances in his name to  Charity of the Donor's Choice would be appreciated by the family.
