Patrick Carroll Delaney, Jr., 70 a long time resident of Randolph Ave in Ambler died Thursday at home. 

Born in Perkasie, PA., he was the son of the late Patrick C. and the late Mary P. (Scanlon) Delaney.

He served during the Korean War in the Air Force from 1956 to 1959. 

He was a Carpenter employed by Pella Window and Door Company in King of Prussia for 28 years prior to his retirement in 2002. 

He is survived by his wife Elizabeth A. (Schield) Delaney. And his children Michael Delaney of Corydon, IN., Shawn P. Delaney of Elizaville, NY, Lisa A. Sherman of Coopersburg, PA, Shelia M. Alio of Ambler, PA, Patrick C. Delaney of Schwenksville, PA, Joy Capponi of Philadelphia, PA and Pamela Giampa of Maple Glen, PA

He is the loving Grandfather of 15 and Brother of Betty Baines of Towson, MO, Molly Delaney of Norristown, PA.  Diane Lewis of Wynnewood, PA, Francis Delaney of Youngstown,, OH and Catherine Cohen of Drexel Hill, PA. 

Friends may call Sunday from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 259 Forest Ave. Ambler. With a Funeral Mass at 7:30 PM with the Rev. Msgr. Stephen P. McHenry, Pastor as Celebrant. 

Interment will be Monday in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham, PA.
