Janet S. Lenihan

Janet S. Lenihan, 53, of Ambler PA, died Tuesday in the Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, PA. after a courageous battle with breast cancer. 

Born in Oakland, CA, she was the daughter of Richard D. and Lora R. (nee Fontanella) Schwarz of Devon, PA.

She was a Graduate of Radnor High School Class of 1972 and attended Louisville University and Villanova University.

She was a Loan Processor, employed by Ambler Savings Bank for the past 4 years and was previously an employee of Commerce in the Jenkintown Office.

Mrs. Lenihan was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church in Ambler where she worked with the Social Committee, Ushers, and R.C.I.A. She was a former member of the Interfaith of Ambler and the Bensalem Rotary Club.

Besides her parents she is survived by her beloved Husband Thomas J. Lenihan of Ambler, PA., her loving daughter Lian Hua E. Lenihan at home. She is the devoted sister of Stephen Schwarz of Yazoo City, MS, Thomas Schwarz of Malvern, PA., Lisa Horchos of Halsite, NY, Richard Schwarz of West Chester, PA., and Nancy Dabagian Milton, VT. 

Relatives and friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial Friday at 7:30 PM in St. Anthony of Padua Church 259 Forest Ave. Ambler.  Interment will be Private in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken.
