James B. Queenan

James B. Queenan, 51 of Norristown PA., died Sunday in the Phoenixville Hospital, Phoenixville, PA. For the past 8 years he has been a resident at the Southeastern Veterans Center in Spring City. 

Born in Abington, PA, he was the son of Elsie J. (nee Johnson) Queenan of Norristown and the late Joseph W. Queenan, Sr.

He served in the Army from 12-27-1974 to 2-25-1988 and worked as a Carpenter before his retirement due to his failing health.

He is survived by his Mother Elsie J. Queenan of Norristown, PA and his maternal grandmother Elsie S. Johnson of Mesa, AZ and his children Tyrine Wilkins of Hartford, CT, Khaalida Queenan of Philadelphia, PA, Jaime Queenan of Cheltenham, PA, Cabernet Queenan of Hartford, CT, Darius Queenan of Hartford, CT, Kinde Queenan of Hartford, CT, & Dacoda Queenan of Hartford, CT, his grandchildren Corey, Candice &Kisani Wilkins, Taishane Stewart& David Macon and his brothers Joseph W. Queenan, Jr. of Penllyn, PA., John W. Queenan of Penllyn, PA. and Jeffrey B. Queenan of Sacramento, CA. He was predeceased by his brother Jerrold E. Queenan in 1995.

Relatives and friends may call Friday (4-13-2007) from 9:00 to 10:00 AM St. Joseph's Church Main & Poplar Sts. Ambler, Pa. with a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham, PA.  

Remembrances in his name to Multiple Sclerosis Society, 1 Reed Street # 200, Philadelphia, Pa. 19147 would be appreciated by the family.
