David A. Sonetto

David A. Sonetto, 74 of Ambler PA, died Wednesday, December 26, 2007 in the Artman Home Ambler, PA after a brief stay. 

Born in Abington, PA, he was the son of the late Vincent “Jimmy” and Elizabeth (nee Panzarelli) Sonetto.  

He was a Graduate of Ambler High School Class of 1951 and served in the US Navy during the Korean War from 1952 until 1960.  

He was the owner and operator of Dareen's Bedding and Furniture in Springhouse, PA and formerly of Conshohocken for the past 35 years. 

Mr. Sonetto was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church in Ambler.

He is survived by his Sons Vincent Sonetto of Cape May Court House, NJ, David A. (Gina) Sonetto of Fort Washington, PA and James H. Sonetto of Ambler, PA also survived by his grandchildren Tori and Nick Sonetto, his Sister Ann (George) Ehrmann of Milford, DE and many nieces and nephews. H e was proceeded in death by his brother Fred Sonetto and sisters Sue Ann Lynam and Connie Grady. 

Relatives and friends may call Sunday December 30, 2007 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and Monday 8:30 to 9:30  AM at the Anton B. Urban Funeral Home, 1111 S. Bethlehem Pike, Ambler, with a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Anthony of Padua Church, Ambler.  Interment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Norristown.   

Remembrances in his name to the Artman Benevolent Fund, 250 N. Bethlehem Pike, Ambler, PA 19002 or to American Cancer Society, 700 Horizon Cir. Chalfont, PA 18914 would be appreciated by the family.
