Marsha L Stranges, 62 died Monday at her home in Towamencin, PA after a long battle with Colon Cancer.

Born in Cleveland, OH, she was the daughter of Dorothy (nee Gaich) Nylund of Springhouse Estates and the late Carl G. Nylund.

She was a Travel Consultant, with Post Card Travel in Ambler for the past 10 years.

She was graduate of Hatboro Horsham High School Class of 1962 and was a cheerleader and mascot.

Mrs. Stranges was an active member and Fundraiser of the Rotary Club of Ambler, The Eastern PA Professional Horseman’s Association and Gwynedd Mercy Academy.

She was a member of Old York Road Country Club and played golf frequently with her husband. She was an Air Force Wife and World Wide Traveler.

She is survived by her Husband of 40 years Anthony F Stranges, Jr of Towamencin, PA, her Daughter Jill L. Stranges of Parker, CO. She is also survived by her brothers Robert C Nylund of Ulm, MT and Jeffrey B Nylund of Fort Washington, PA.

Relatives and friends may call Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.  at  the Anton B. Urban Funeral Home, 1111 S. Bethlehem Pike, Ambler, and to her Requiem Eucharist  11:00 AM  Saturday at  St. Thomas Episcopal Church, Camphill Road and Bethlehem Pike Fort Washington.  Interment will be Private.
