Douglas E. Williams Douglas E. Williams, 85 of Huntingdon Valley, PA, died Sunday January 7, 2007 in the Artman Home Ambler, PA. after a brief stay. Born in Pottsville, PA, he was the son of the late William and the late Florence (nee Thomas) Williams. He served in the US Army during World War II. He was a self employed Estimator and Carpenter. Mr. Williams was a member of Sandy Run Country Club in Oreland and the Abington YMCA. He is survived by his Son Douglas E. Williams, Jr. of Franconia, PA and his Daughters Nancy Williams of Clifton Heights, PA. and Karen W. (Jack) Jeffers of Lower Gwynedd, PA he was the loving grandfather of Christopher & Brian Jeffers. Mr. Williams is also survived by his brother Truxton Williams of Lancaster, PA. and his Sister Nancy Williams of Pottsville, PA. Relatives and friends may call Tuesday January 23, 2007 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at St. Hilary Of Poitiers Church Susquehanna Road Rydal, PA with a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM with Rev. Paul Kennedy officiating Interment will be Private.
