Jane Senese

Jane Senese, 77 of Ambler PA, died Friday in the Abington Memorial Hospital Abington, PA after a lengthy illness. 

Born in Ambler, PA, she was the daughter of the late Fortunato and Angelina (nee Mancuso) Senese. 

She was a graduate of Ambler High School, Beaver College, Drexel University and received her Masters degree in nutrition from the State University of Iowa

She was a School Teacher, employed by Wissahickon School District and was a Registered Dietitian working for the State of Pennsylvania in programs of public health and nutrition prior to her retirement in 1995.

Mrs. Senese was a member of  St. Anthony of Padua Church in Ambler.

She is survived by Sister Minnie Senese Haff and her husband Ed of Roslyn, PA and her sister in law Bonnie Senese of Allentown, PA. She was preceded in death by her brothers Anthony, Leo and John. 

Relatives and friends may call after 10:00 AM Saturday February 23, 2008 at St. Anthony of Padua Church Ambler. Memorial Mass 10:30 AM with the Rev. Msgr. Stephen P. McHenry Pastor as Celebrant. Interment was held privately.  

Remembrances in her name to St. Anthony’s Church Memorial Fund 259 Forest Avenue, Ambler, PA 19002, would be appreciated.
