Heather Ann Schreiber (Campbell) died Sunday, November 18, 2018 at her home in Chalfont, PA after a brief illness. She was 53 years old.
Born in Chestnut Hill, Heather was the daughter of William F. Campbell, Jr (Beverly) of Doylestown, PA and Suzanne Atkinson Kiley (Richard) of Lorida, Florida.
Heather attended Upper Dublin High School. She was a graduate of Lafayette College where she earned a BA in Economics and then of Chestnut Hill College where she earned an MA in Education.
The greatest joys in Heather's life were her son, William Wyatt Schreiber and daughter, Lindsey M. Schreiber, who survive her. She was devoted to them, encouraging them in academics and athletics. She was their cheerleader in life, their confidant, their support in everything they did. Always ready to lend a hand to help, be it by helping to coach their sports, traveling to games or by volunteering in school activities.
Heather was a long-time member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Whitemarsh, PA where she taught Sunday School and organized the Vacation Bible School, as well as volunteering for many other outreach programs of the church.
Most recently she was an active member of Upper Dublin Lutheran Church in Ambler, PA. She loved the Bible and enjoyed every opportunity to study it and to help others to grow in their faith. She loved music and shared her gifts while volunteering with other members of UDLC such as supporting Chosen 300. She was a loving, giving and caring person who touched so many people in her life, all of whom will miss her dearly.
In addition to her parents and children, Heather is survived by her brother, William F. Campbell, III, her former husband, W. Bruce Schreiber, and her uncles, Hugh D. Campbell and Andrew Carter. She is also survived by a niece, Aidan and a nephew, Finn, and her sister-cousin, Lynn C. Miller. She is also survived by many loving cousins and the many friends whom she touched in her lifetime.
Burial was held privately. A Celebration of Heather's Life will be held at Upper Dublin Lutheran Church on January 5, 2019 at 10 am followed by a reception at the church.
The family would appreciate gifts in Heather's memory to Upper Dublin Lutheran Church, 411 Susquehanna Rd., Ambler, PA 19002.

I met Heather at work about 2 years ago. She was one of the most empathetic people I've ever met and cared deeply for everyone and everything. She was absolutely passionate about her kids and would talk about how proud she was of them at every opportunity. I will always think of her whenever I see anything with an elephant on it. My deepest condolences to her family and loved ones.

I met Heather at St. Thomas church, and will always remember her kindness when I was dealing with a difficult family situation. She not only went out of her way to comfort me, but did this for so many others. As Sunday school teachers , I watched her help so many children, including her own, develop a sense of compassion and giving. I’ll never forget our shared love of singing, warm smile, and deep caring for others. I extend my sincere condolences to family at this very difficult time.

My heart and deepest condolences goes out to Heather's family. Her children Lindsey and Wyatt, in whom she had the utmost pride, will always be in my thoughts and prayers.
Heather, you are so terribly missed. I hope you left this world knowing how loved you are. You truly left an imprint in my heart and I will always cherish the memories we shared. The memory of you laughter and smile will live on forever. The words you quoted to me once "In God's grace, all will be well" will stay with me just as your memory will.
Be at peace my friend.
