Kenneth Murray Cole died peacefully on Thursday February 13, 2020 at Chestnut Hill Hospital after an illness. He was 80 years old.
Born in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, Kenneth was the son of the late Edward and Louise (nee Bauchman) Cole. Kenneth is survived by his beloved siblings: Edward J. Cole Jr. of Walla Walla, WA; and Sr. Elizabeth Cole, S.P. of Spokane, WA
Kenneth was employed by the Philadelphia Inquirer and worked as a Pressman/Foreman until his retirement in 2002.
Kenneth enjoyed cooking and experimenting with different kitchen gadgets, as well as watching cooking shows. He loved to play Trivial Pursuit and had a wonderful sense of humor. Kenneth especially loved walking his dog Misty every morning, and family trips back to Nova Scotia. He was an avid traveler and enjoyed fishing trips with his buddies to Ontario and Florida. Kenneth was a great writer and enjoyed reading detective stories in his spare time.
Relatives and friends are invited to a graveside service on Tuesday, February 18 at 1:00 PM at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Cheltenham.
