I am a long time listener at WRDV. I've met Todd only a handful of times, and He sure put on a good roster of the best music. He will be missed by his peers, no doubt. I wish his family peace and comfort in his passing. He sure worked hard at everything he did.

I have been in broadcasting since 1965 and worked for a series of radio stations. RIP my friend. Of all the GM's I ever worked for Todd was, clearly, the hardest working one ever. If he had a fault it was that there was no task he wouldn't undertake on his own - he was reluctant to assign any job to someone that he couldn't do himself. But if he gave you a job to do, he let you do it. He would never interfere. He was the heart and soul of the RDV Radio Network and we will miss him terribly. He and I met regularly on Thursday nights to talk radio, what was going on at the station and how it could be better. Sometimes the talks included his favorite place - Wildwood NJ and, because we own a home there (in the Crest) we both had a lot to talk about.

Todd's devotion and ongoing commitment to the management of WRDV-FM for 30 some years - all as a volunteer - will be remembered with great appreciation by all of us who love the station. Thank you Todd for everything and rest in peace. Karen Efron August 14, 2021

My friends and family all knew not to bother me Sunday afternoons at 2. I was glued to Todd's a capella hour. He will be sorely missed.

I loved Todd on WRDV, and I am so sad to hear this. I will miss hearing him, from the music he played, to the way he always signed off on his show (Bye bye, y'all). I am very sorry for your loss, you know he was a super person if someone who didn't even know him personally is upset.
